After the long winter, I was delighted to find myself outside again when this family asked me to document an afternoon at the park. It was so much fun being in the fresh air, warm enough to leave coats at home and really explore, everyone had a spring in their step. It was lovely to observe the relationships as a fly on the wall, parents encouraging the kids to step outside their comfort zone, siblings teasing each other, dad trying to get in on snack breaks and mum comforting her daughter after a fall. All in all a good days work with rosy cheeks all round on the way home.
